What's actually free?

When do I need Pro?
When 12 hours of history isn't enough — Pro extends the track playback to 30 days. Also when you need email + webhook alerts on a watchlist, or API access (10,000 calls / month) to integrate ShipRadar into your own systems.
How does container-credit pricing work?
One credit tracks one unique container. Re-tracking the same container within 30 days is free, so a credit gets you the full lifecycle of one shipment from booking through delivery. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes — cancel from your account page and you keep Pro features through the end of the current billing period.
Do prices include VAT?
No. EU/UK customers will see VAT added at checkout where applicable. Stripe handles the tax calculation.
